Own Operations Advisor. A constraint-management reasoner gives operators actual-versus-plan guidance and off-target mitigations. Took alerting from zero to one for mission-critical cases outside the operating plan, with four backend engineers, three frontend engineers, a UI/UX designer, and data engineering. That opened maintenance and asset-performance cases the plan-only product could not reach. With commercial, helped shape pricing and packaging and supported two new regional pilots, including a refinery now moving into annual-license terms.

No-code rule builder subject-matter experts use to encode operational logic for the reasoner. Real-time operations interface for Caltech autonomous racing, and telemetry views on refinery and plant data.

Joint appointment with UCLA (Programmer Analyst II) through August 2022. Owned a no-code training platform commissioned for the Department of Defense. It supported $5M+ in Army and Air Force contracts. Prototyped training tools with the U.S. Marines. 200+ modules, used to train 1,000+ medical students.
