I take AI capabilities from research labs and turn them into systems that operators trust in high-stakes environments. My work spans anomaly detection for process safety, predictive maintenance for asset-intensive operations, and real-time decision support (including autonomous racing at 200+ mph).

Before Beyond Limits, I spent 9 years at UCLA/Insight Learning Technology shipping training systems for NASA technologists and DoD educators, leading product through complex R&D-to-production transitions.

Start with operational outcomes. I define success metrics that matter to operators and business stakeholders, then work backwards to the technical solution.

Focus on trust, workflow fit, and production reality. Most AI systems fail in production because they solve technical problems without addressing how operators actually work. I design for the operator first.

Align cross-functional teams. I establish shared understanding across engineering, operations, and commercial teams on multi-year product roadmaps.
